Elizabeth Taylor for Avon - Forever Violet - Amethyst Glass Beads & Faux Pearl Necklace with original box This beauty came to me out of an estate in it's original box in great condition. The first time I took it out of the box, one of the bead strands broke and went everywhere. I tried to find all of the beads but believe I missed 1 or two and that they went missing because they rolled down the heat/AC vent in the floor. The rest of the beads are included and it seems to be perfectly fine - looks as great with only 7 strands as it did with 8 The loose beads are included in a zip top bag. The fabulous large clasp features green heart shaped rhinestones, large faux baroque pearls with clear and amethyst chaton rhinestones. Marked with Elizabeth Taylor's Scrip E mark and "Elizabeth Taylor Avon" in an oval. EXQUISITE and elegant! It's my understanding that this necklace sold for $125 out of the Avon catalog when it was new.
