is a great antique,silver,ELOI, 5 Francs,round coin knife. It also could be a cigar cutter.T are 3 blades; a knife,a scissors and a nail file.The knife blade is marked "ELOI" inside a circle.The file also has letters inside a circle but I can't read them.T is a good bit of tarnish on the front side and I have left it alone. It will polish off nicely if you want to do that.On the front around the perimeter it says" Louis Phillippei, Roi Des Frances". T is also a profile of Louis. On the other side is a wreath inside of which it says " 5 Francs 1855".The knife blade has a 1/4" length of roughness at the tip. I don't think it has been sharpened. Shipping in US will be $3.50.
