GREETINGS fellow Elton John fans. More great items from my ELTON JOHN/BERNIE TAUPIN collection. I have some really fantastic offerings from very serious collectibles to super t-shirts, fun stuff and more. I will be listing over 100 new items, so please keep checking back. It will take me a while to list everything. Have fun and thanks for looking. Well, this has been one of my treasures.... But it is time for someone else to enjoy it. The original UNI letterhead bio is typed on three pages (with the first sentence saying after three weeks of live performances, must have been written in September of 1970), with a fourth page of added facts dated 12/9/70 . The original photo of the trio, Elton, Nigel and Dee is printed on UNI photo paper. The additional photo is from 1974 after Davey joined the group and they were recording at Caribou Studios in Colorado. (note; Elton's Goodbye Yellow Brick Road sweater). The cover/folder is most likely from 1974 as well. But all the pages are original 1970. It is in excellent condition. It reads like just any band starting out. Ending with some reviewers feeling he may prove to be the phenomenon of the 70's......and so they were right ! Truly one of the best pieces of Elton John memorabilia ever.
