THE BUYER COMPLAINED ABOUT OUR GRADING AND WANTED A REFUND WITH WHICH WE AGREED TO PLUS WE WOULD ALSO PAY THE SHIPPING COST TO SHIP RECORDS BACK. THEY DIDN'T WANT TO SEND THE RECORDS BACK BUT STILL DEMANDED A REFUND...WE REFUSED THEIR REQUEST UNLESS THEY SENT RECORDS BACK...BUYER THEN GAVE US THE 10 NEGATIVES..WE FEEL OUR OTHER FEEDBACK WILL SHOW THAT THIS BUYER WAS TRYING TO GET SOMETHING FOR NOTHING...YOU BE THE JUDGE!!!!Please contact us in regards to any problems or if you plan to make multiple bits.
