Elvis Presley Owned and Worn Jacket, Circa 1960s. Made of tan-colored corduroy, two side slit pockets, four button front closure, further small tab at neck (one button missing), two pleats in back, designer label reads in part "The Browser...by / Sunset House / of California," additional tag reads "Paramount / E. Presley / F10216," stamp on inside right sleeve lining reads "Paramount / Wardrobe;" worn by Presley on the cover of his album Elvis Is Back his first one after he got out of the Army.This jacket was consigned directly to Heritage Auctions by Alan Fortas, an associate of Elvis' who appeared as an extra in a number of his films; included is a Letter of Provenance, stating in part that Elvis "had this coat for one of his movies but did not wear it in the movie. Elvis did wear this for the photo shoot (and) years later...gave me this coat." Grade: 0, Service No.: 0
