Elvis Presley, RCA Victor Promotional 45 RPM Record No. 47-8500, white label. T is a date in pen on one side of the label and an X in pen on the other side, otherwise the vinyl and picture sleeve are VG+. Songs include: "You'll Be Gone" (with the Jordanaires), and "Do The Clam" (with the Jordanaires, Jubilee Four & Carol Lombard Trio). This is a part of a large number of 45s I purchased from the estate of a former disc jockey. Many of these records are promotional and marked "Not For Sale". I've checked with eBay and they have said it is quite all right to sell these records. I use the Goldmine Record Album Price Guide grading system (all records are visually inspected rather than played unless otherwise noted): Mint - An LP that is still sealed in the original shrink-wrap and seemingly in perfect condition. However, without breaking open the shrink-wrap it is impossible to see if t is any warping of the vinyl. No 45s or 78s will fall into this category. Near Mint (NM ) A nearly perfect record. The record will show no obvious signs of wear. If it is an LP, the jacket will have no ceases, folds, seam splits, hole punches, cut corners or any other noticeable similar defects. Very Good Plus (VG+) or Excellent (E). A recording rated as VG+ or E will show some signs that it was played and otherwise handled by a previous owner who took read more
