This is a unique nutcracker by EM Merck. I have done an extensive search on the Internet and ebay and cannot find another one like it. I purchased this approx. 5 years ago and it has been stored in a closet in its original packaging!The nutcracker measures 11" high x 3 1/2" wide. The tiny nutcracker in the Prince's hand measures 2 3/8" high. In the other hand he is holding a pair of ballet slippers. His hair and beard is made of rabbit fur. The bottom of the nutcracker reads:KWO, EM MERCK Collection, Made in Germany, Old World ChristmasIncludes original box. EM Merck nutrackers retail price start at $135 on the internet.
