"EMBROIDERED MUMS " NORTHWOOD AMETHYST CARNIVAL GLASS BOWL CIRCA 1911-1912 Offered in Excellent* condition is an EXTRAORDINARILY BEAUTIFUL, VIBRANTLY IRIDESCENT, Amethyst Carnival Glass 9" Bowl with a Ruffled, Sawtooth Edge by NORTHWOOD (Marked) in a pattern they called " EMBROIDERED MUMS ". The Central Medallion of Embroidered Leaves, against a background of Lace is Golden, with a Lavender Blush. It is surrounded by a "Greek Key" pattern against a field of ELECTRIC BLUE. The "Embroidered Mums" grow upward against a field of ELECTRIC BLUE and Lavender Lace bordered by a Golden "Greek Key" band below a band of Golden "Prism Cuts" and finally an ELECTRIC BLUE and Lavender border at the rim. WOW! The exterior is ribbed and is a Blued Silver color. Enjoy, King *ONE SAWTOOTH TIP IS MISSING (see photo). You will NEVER notice it. This is one gorgeous bowl; DON'T MISS IT.
