You are bidding on a new (never displayed, just taken out of the box to inspect 9 years ago and then again to take the pictures for this auction) Emmett Kelly Coca-Cola Cookie Jar. It was produced by the Coca-Cola company (in conjunction with Stanton Arts) in 1998. This is a Limited Edition piece in which only 5,000 were produced. As you can tell by the pictures this is an unnumbered piece, probably a prototype. This is a one of a kind prototype. Winning bidder will pay $18 for 2-3 day priority mail shipping (insurance and delivery confirmation included). Item is from a smoke free home. The last picture shows 2 cookie jars. You are bidding on the one on the right, the original. The cookie jar on the left is a prototype in which the statue was painted with gold leaf. I don't believe this model ever made it to production. I will be listing it on ebay after this auction ends.
