What a magical looking elf. Empire blow mold Elf. He is about 12" tall and pretty good shape with minimal paint loss (can be touched up to look new). He looks to be sitting on a snowball, holding a book that is titled gift list. He does have the bulb holder and cord.He is dated 1978. T are no cracks or dents. A really great addition to your holiday light collection. A RARE FIND.
