Absolutely Gorgeous Solid Carved Mahogany Antique Empire or Federal style Sofa with carved feet, medallion's on top, end of arms and feet, fluted across apron. The color is just stunning. Pictures don't do this piece justice. In person you don't see the lines in the fabric as the sunlight is hitting the sheen, velvety plush piece and very comfortable. Blue is the decorator's color right now and this piece has all the right style with the rolled arms and rich mahogany against this caribbean blue. As with all antique vintage items expect to find some signs of wear, use, minor nicks or scratches, aged patina, original finish, very nice piece, well kept, one small nick in fabric on right side down low, we always recommend cleaning all used upholstered fabric, see all photo's.
