Empire Regency Upholstered Window Stool

This is a newly custom-made window bench in the French Empire or English Regency style. Wood has a warm reddish-brown finish accented with golf leaf. Cream color upholstery features a raised gold emblem pattern and the single affixed seat cushion features a peachy/pink border. This rich upholstery has a thick nap that can appear to change color when viewed from different angles. (This explains the variation in tone in our images.) Measures 41.5 x 29.5 x 17.75 inches. Recently custom-made by a craftsman in New York for a interior designer's client, this piece has seen virtually no use.
