Exceptional porcelain figural group by Goldscheider of Vienna circa 1930. This superb piece is in excellent condition with no cracks, breaks or repairs. The figure is most likely designed by Dakon, although it is not signed. On the bottom of the base are all the Goldscheider marks that date the piece to the 1930's. (see pictures) "WIEN" is impressed into the top of the black base. The little parasol girl's pose is charming and her face is a delight. The Dakon dog appears in other of his works. She stands 8" tall. This wonderful girl would grace any Goldscheider collection! Thank you for visiting.
