New England Glass Company Cranberry To Clear Pitcher - Ca. late 19c. Beautifully done. It has a reeded Victorian hand applied handle. This was done using a steel comb. The pitcher is 7" tall and is bulbous with a width of approx. 5 3/4" wide. the body of the pitcher seems to have optics to it, meaning, it has a panelled look with vetical sections. The vertical sections are more pronounced within the neck. The pitcher has a large polish pontil with a lot of age wear on the bottom rim. Other than some very, very minor surfacing scrating, because of its age, there is no damage. The top rim is fire polished smooth. There are no heat checks on the applied handle. The handle is of a nice size for the piticher. Please note: Any spotting or reflections are from the camer's flash. ABSOLUTE MONEY BACK GUARANTEE IF NOT ABSOLUTELY DELIGHTED WITH THIS PURCHASE.
