I believe this piece is from England w t is a shoppe called Â"Knobs & KnockersÂ" that sells brass hardware and decor. Other than the label t are no markings. I am not too knowledgeable about metals so I can only say that it caught my eye and I hope yours too! The wheels turn and the horse is removable from the harness. I gently cleaned but did not polish it. This would be a great item for your fireplace mantle, sideboard, bookshelf or desk.
