This auction is for an old coal bucket. I believe this is of English design and is copper over brass. It is a large bucket with lion's head detailing and porcelain handles. This is used and does have soiling to the interior and would benefit from some exterior cleanup. T is also a dent that can probably be knocked out at the base (shown close-up in second picture). The bucket measures 12 inches across from side to side, 15 inches from front to back, 13 inches high at the pouring spout side and measures approximately 42 inches around the pot at its widest point.
