This is beautiful silver plate item, with an intricate design gracing the column. It is basically an epergne, which is Victorian, and was used on dinner tables to hold sweet meats, candies, flowers, etc. The arms are holding 4 delicate bowls, matching the larger center bowl. The bowls can be removed, with their holders, and it becomes a lovely candleabra. Dimensions are: height 27" x about 22" wide. Condition is excellent.
