"CT" rather "K" for gold karetage is typical of English assay marks, especially from this era. The diamond is quite lovely - it weighs between .30pts and .35pts (approximate weight by gauge as mounting allows), and measures 4mm (by gauge, as multi-pronged mounting allows), is a fine H/I color and a nice clean VS2-SI-1 at worst.
