Accomplished Impressionist Painter, Gillie Cawthorne, is from the rugged north of England. She has had over a decade long successful career in the Durham-Newcastle area and recently exhibited in the United States for the first time at the prestigious gallery of Holland & Holland, 57th St., New York City. Now producing print editions of her paintings, originals will be harder to find and prices certainly will rise. Before all this happened, I discovered her work and my gallery made first contact with the artist and bought several of her beautiful paintings to show in the States. The works shown are from this group and are all offered at their original introductory prices before her successful show in New York and subsequent quadrupled prices!
