Welcome! Today we have yet another Wood Plane. This is an english pattern bull nose plane Listed in the preston guide, They started making these planes as early as 1900. This plane came from my great grandfathers tool box. He was a carpenter back in the day. He bought only English made planes so I know for sure its from England. T are no marks or paint on it to indicate who made it. I'm told these planes were marketed by a company named Marples who made similar planes a little larger in the 1800's. Its in excellent working condition and has all its original parts. It measures about 3 1/8 inches long and this plane tapers from 1 1/8 inches to 7/8 inches wide. This plane would be a great addition to your collection or any finish carpenter or cabinet makers tool box. Shipping will cost $5.85 to the lower 48 states. Insurance is required and cost $1.65 ( lost to many things in the mail ) International shipping will be determined after bidding is complete . I accept Pay Pal , Money Orders and Cashiers Checks.
