NEW CONTAINER JUST ARRIVED...over 200 pieces to be listed in the next two weeks ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ HAND MADE SOLID MAHOGANY ENGLISH VICTORIAN BLANKET BOX / HOPE CHEST For your consideration, A Niche Apart is pleased to offer this wonderful blanket box. It is hand made of solid mahogany and has a fruitwood finish which has been hand applied. The corners are joined using the dovetail construction method (see photos) which adds lots of character to this piece. The sides have antiqued pulls and the front has some iron looking hardware. This came as a set of three variegated sized boxes, one inside the other. This auction is for the larger one pictured! The other two will be listed seperately in our Ebay store.
