Fine pair of English sterling silver grape shears by Martin and Hall fully marked and dated 1864. The shears measure 7" long and weigh 101 grams. They are in very good condition though the tips of the blades are not quite flush upon closing, certainly and easy repair though they still work well. Hallmarked inside the blades with Crown for Sheffield, W for 1864, Lion Passant, Leopard Head ( for the firms London shop) and the RM over EH makers mark which was used from 1863 until 1880. Buyer pays 6.00 shipping plus insurance.
