I thought these were George Burrows from 1780's but after spending time at a great site, ,I think they are actually George Brasier from the same period given the design and bowl. I invite the reader to visit the site and decide for yourself. They are a wonderful collectors piece either way. Tongs measure 5 1/2" long and weigh 30 grams/.965 troy oz. They are marked with the lion passant and makers mark GB only. T are no other marks except the B monogram on the closed end. Other than minor age related wear and the need of a cleaning, they are in good condition.
