Bidding: Generally I start the lithographs off at a low price (far less than the prices listed in Cohenour); however t will be a select few that do not start in the low price range. I rarely use reserves and only when t is a need to protect an investment. The low opening price method is so that you can decide the final value, so please don’t bid more than you feel the lithograph is worth to you. I realize that many of you do not bid until the last 10 seconds or so of an auction, so I do not end my auctions early unless I find an error in the listing that is discovered too late for people to evaluate a correction. If you notice an error just let me know and I will fix it promptly or remove the litho…... Again I want you to be satisfied with your purchase AND have enough information up front to decide if you should even bid on the lithograph. I never use second chance offers as t are too many fraudulent people out t trying to copy successful sales. If you get an email with a second chance offer it is not from me and is tfore not genuine so send it to ebay for them to handle. Shipping: I ship USPS priority in the USA (I can ship UPS if you really want); however, I no longer ship outside the US . I try to ship the same week that you pay me but with my work schedule that is not always possible. I will advise you if t is a significant delay on my end. I will ship this one packed in foam board Payment: I actually prefer PayPal---- If you want me to combine shipping for two auctions separated by more than one day in ending times, please let me know, however I prefer that you pay for your items as each group of auctions ends. Returns: You may return this litho if you find it unacceptable for any reason. I would ask that you let me know immediately upon receipt if it is unacceptable and the reason that you find it so. It is returnable, provided it is returned in the same condition as you received it. Shipping charges are not refundable. In five years I have had 4 lithographs returned; every time every it was due to an error in my description, so I have endeavored to make my descriptions more accurate. My goal is to continue with 100% satisfaction, so please let me know if t is any problem that crops up as I am sure we can solve it.
