Enoch Wedgwood Countryside Plate or Tray in Brown on Cream with Pink and Blue Ac We are offering this Enoch Wedgwood tray in the Countryside pattern. The color is brown on cream which is much more rare than the blue on white in this pattern. It has pink on the roses on the handles and blue in the water. It is a very beautiful plate or tray. Enoch Wedgwood is the founder of a pottery company called Wedgwood & Co. The company was founded in 1860 in Turnstall, Stoke-on-Trent. The company still exists today, but with a different name. It was renamed Unicorn Pottery in 1980. Old Wedgwood pieces are considered valuable antiques today. The plate measures approximately 10 1/2 inches long and 6 3/4 inches wide. There are manufacturing flaws. These flaws do not take away from the beauty of this piece. We were unable to find any other marks.
