British Silver Coins all from the period 1920-1946 inclusive and are all 50% silver 120 Half crowns 140 Florins/Two shillings 200 Shillings All have been in circulation and show wear, roughly commensurate with age A few of the early George V coins have worn dates Selling as scrap silver Total weight on my digital scales: 4314.2 grammes which equates to 2157.1 grammes of pure silver or 69.36 troy ounces of pure silver Bullion value at recent spot price of silver of £20.41 per troy ounce is £1415 UK bidders only please as this is a very heavy lot Postage by Royal Mail Special Delivery only, charged at cost, fully insured (Payment by bank transfer preferred, or cheque, but Paypal is OK; buyer may also pay cash on collection) Update: spot price of silver closed on Friday at £21.03 per troy ounce bullion value of this lot is now £1458.64
