A handsomely produced celebration of airship creator to commemorate the 25th anniversary of the first flight of Graf Zeppelin. This gigantic 8.2 pounds book contains hundreds of photographs and half-tone illustrations of Graf Zeppelin and its life, the different airships and theire size etc., photos from all over the world as well as from the plant w the airship was build, furthermore many pictures of the development and operation. This gigantic 8.2 pounds book was published 1925 by Germania Verlag, Stuttgart, Germany(German text). Preface by Alexander Graf von Brandenstein-Zeppelin

Jacket and slipcase lightly toned with age. Covers edges and spine very slightly rubbed. Privious owner´s stamps on free endpapers. Apart from that the book is in EXELLENT CONDITION IN & OUT with just a minimum signs of use over the years. A very sound, clean, bright copy for the collector, no pages loose or missing, no tears, no rips, no foxing, no writing or markings of any kind in the book. This is a very nicely preserved copy! 385 numbered pages printed on deluxe paper. Measurements: 14" x 11"- 8.2 lbs. LOTS of sample photos, please wait for them to load !
