These are from 80+ countries. It's impossible to photograph or describe all of them, so I just took a few photos. This is my entire childhood collection, which was formed around my uncle's collection. His dates from the 30s/40s, and includes many stamps from Africa (as there were missionaries in the family). Many of my stamps were hinged and put into albums, but not all. I have 50-100 blocks of unused MNH US stamps, for example. I are sure those are not rare, but the total face value must still be $50-100. (I just don't have time to go through them all.) There are some nice older UK stamps (see last photo). I have many of the US stamps from about 1930 on. But, probably 75% of the stamps are from outside the US. I grew up outside the US, and my mother did as well, so the sources are extremely mixed.
I tried to sell a few bits and pieces country by country, last fall, and got $50 for them. That was for only perhaps 2% of the collection. But, other things didn't sell, and I wasn't sure why. It was taking too much time to do it piece by piece. Though I feel that there must be some stamps of value here, I just do not have the time (nor the expertise) to sort that out myself. So, I decided to sell the rest as one batch.
