This is an exceptional large Ephraim Faience vase called Bat Vase created by the artist, Laura Klein. It was retired on 12/17/03 after 307 vases were made. T are no more available at the factory, and the color of this purple vase is unusual as it is my understanding that many Bat Vases were green. The color is Crystaline purple and this piece glazed beautiful and has many natural variations within the color that compement the beauty of this piece. The vase is as pictured and it has no chips, or cracks, it is heavy and stands 10" tall and is about 3-1/2" wide across the smallest width of the vases opening. The EFP mark and the artist's signature are on the bottom. This is an excellent addition to any serious collection. I am very sad to part with this vase, and hope that a collector will appreciate this vase as much as I have. This piece will be properly packed, boxed, and fully insured for shipping. International shipping is available with insurance and at the actual cost of packing, shipping, insurance and handling.
