erasure kroq sessions ULTRA RARE authentic Details: Up for auction probably the rarest erasure collectible ever, the most sought after erasure item "KROQ" sessions. The cassette has 2 tracks "love to hate you" (blunder version), "perfect stranger" mellow version. both recorded at north hollywood, ca. special for KROQ radio (the best station ever) to be made into this cassette for 107 lucky listeners of KROQ who called in at the right time (and only 107 copies exist). I was one of them, obviously. the other side is an interview with richard blade one of the original disc jockies from kroq and the same 2 tracks replayed in between the interviews. These versions in my opinion are better than the other similar versions put out on other releases. Now some background on this item, as i said i'm the original owner, i recorded a copy to listen to as so to keep the original in perfect condition, and stored the cassette in a zip lock baggie and stored it in a protective case. I've kept this very safe as I'm a collector. I'm starting this off lower than i'd like, butt you go. 107 copies in existence and out of that how many in playable condition or even intact? how many in mint condition like this one? odds are a great portion of the ones won were won by mild fans or just anyone who wanted to win something.
