A great collection of original articles throughout Ernest Hemingway's career. Some original 1920s articles of his early works. Magazine stories and covers on just about everything EH. Cuba, Castro, Paris, women, wars, an original newspaper print with EH in Paris by Al Hirschfeld, with Truman Capote, Jean-Paul Sartre, Albert Camus, Janet Flanner, Sinclair Lewis, Paul Bowles, Donald Windham, just a great one of a kind collection. All clipped from papers of the day. The clippings were collected by a cousin of EH, named Frank Hines. Frank and his wife Mary collected all they could on EH. Frank Hines was about the same age as EH, they used to swim , fish etc as kids and write as adults. They spent time as kids in Michigan on vacations. I don't know for sure but the articles number around 75 to 110. All folded and original from the time. Franks wife Mary helped collect them and made the notes you see. Frank and his wife were both English teachers and Frank wanted badly to be an author, as his cousin was. Sold as is with no returns so please ask before biddding. Payment via paypal due at listings end. 12.95 Shipping to US, 30.00 to Europe, only to paypal verified address. Thanks for your time.
