This figurine is called "Nothing Can Dampen The Spirit Of Caring", PM #603864. It is a cute little boy, with help from his puppy, working together to fill sand bags. They are wearing matching hats and are so adorable. The error is that this figurine is missing the turtle!!! This figurine has the Trumpet Mark, and is valued at $148 with this missing turtle error .

The figurine is in perfect condition, and is in it's original box.

This figurine is the first in the 'Good Samaritan' Series. It was dedicated to those who worked to aid Mississippi River Flood victims in 1993. Enesco and Sam Butcher made a donation to those agencies committed to assisting in the flood relief effort.
