Pontiac Seventy Fifth Anniversary Ertl 1961 Catalina in Shelltone Ivory in 1:18 scale Steerable Front wheels, Opening Hood & Doors, Chrome wheels, Detailed Engine, Painted in Authentic Colors and Authentic Logos. Limited Edition 1 of 504 Chassis Indevidually Numbered In 1961 Pontiac was the third hottest selling car in America. The full size Catalina had distintive twin grill styling, sculptured side panels and unique rear end details. Standard features included turn signals, oil filter, bench seat and a manual transmission. Options included engines making 303Hp, 318HP, z333HP, and a fire breathing 348HP tri power engine. Racing engines included the "Super Duty" 389 CID. 368HP tri power engine and the 421 CID. 373HP "super Duty" engine which was released late in model year. The "super Duty" engines were very powerful winning many drag races across the country as well as winning 21 out of 52 NASCAR Grand National Races in 1961.
