Please stop and read this I am not a professional dealer and do not run or own a store. I sell items from estate sales, auctions, etc and do not imply any claims other that what I state, or show in photos. I do my best to research item for maker, condition and age. You as the buyer are equally responsible for looking at the photos & asking any questions you have PRIOR to purchasing this item . This is a beautiful piece of authentic Canadian Eskimo Art. It is a 6" long Walrus, carved from stone. Soapstone, I believe. He is very very dark grey/black with just a light marbling throughout. It is signed and has the original paperwork (tag) that identifies the artist, the place of origin, the date & serial number of this item. He is in very good to excellent condition. He was very difficult to photograph- I did my best and posted A LOT of photos. Please ask if you would like to see more and I can Email them to you. I try to fully and clearly describe any problems that my items may possess. So, please note that, as the buyer, you are equally responsible for accurately reading the description and viewing photos. Please feel free to ask any questions, PRIOR to placing your bid. I include $1.00 for handling to cover the normal cost of packaging material to help ensure your item's safe arrival. Also, postal insurance is required as I cannot be responsible for items that you do not insure. My items come from a smoke free home Please note that I will gladly refund any overage in shipping if the actual postage is significantly less than what was charged, using the Ebay shipping calculator.
