This is a unique, one of a kind lavarliere/pendant. The weight is2.8g and it measures from top to bottom 1 1/2". The bale is a fluted 14k and soldered at tip for safety. Thoe top of pendant is old fashioned, fluted classically styled sunburst pattern and in the center is an antique hand carved dainty three tiered hand carved Coral Rose set in it's own bezel, very fine very crafty, it is joined with a semi-circle solid gold piece which is holding 4 fresh pearls on 14k wired. I have not seen another like this. It is the perfect gift meant to be worn for a lifetime. The rear of disc is clearly marked 14k and perfect for engraving a personal message. Items are from the Estate of an elegant 20 th century woman, a talented designer who had a great passion for creating beautiful jewelry. It is an unusual, eclectic collection comprised of unique pieces gatd from her worldly travels; it ranges from Victorian to Art Deco and Classic to Modern styling. Her fine collectibles developed a following and were offered at jewelry shows: in her later years her creations were sold by appointment only to private collectors. Much of it was kept in a vault over the past 25-35 years; many pieces have never been seen, yet some are gently worn. Dozens of items will appear, several at a time.
