***** ESTATE SALE ***** From a southern california ESTATE .............. We are selling one 6 door walnut wood breakfront wardrobe that is in fabulous condition. This circa 1890 Wardrobe has simple but elegant lines and is in the style of french provincial. It stands on 8 padded foot cabriole legs and is divided into 3 sections. Each of the 6 doors has beautiful inlaid wood decoration and the center 2 doors are both mirrored inside. In the center section there is also a 3 drawer section for storage on the bottom and room for smaller hanging items above. Each of the outside sections open to reveal a bar for hanging clothes. This is a substantial piece measuring 117-1/2 inches wide by 78-1/2 inches tall and is 24-1/2 inches deep. It was purchased in the mid 1980's and has been in the same home since that time, which has really helped it stay in such fine condition. If the owner was not getting ready to market the home for sale ........... it would not be sold. On a 1 to 10 scale with 10 being best ........ this wardrobe is easily a 8.5 to 9 and will be a grand addition to anyones collection of beautiful and functional antiques. This piece would retail today between $3,500.00 and $5,000.00 depending on the Antique store ......... but we want to get it SOLD! ........... So we are pricing it much closer UNDER wholesale at only $975.00 U.S. ******** SCRATCH THAT........ MAKE it $795.00 and GET IT SOLD!......... It is available to be seen by appointment in Laguna Hills, California (about 30 minutes from the Orange County Airport) and we can assist the buyer with local pick-up or shipping if that is needed. Local pick-up is recomended but we will assist the buyer any way that we can. Any shipping will be at the buyers expense but we will dis-assemble the wardrobe and wrap the individual pieces before your shipper picks it up to insure it arrives safely to your location. For a Fee of $95.00 ........ this Wardrobe will be wrapped and attached to 2 pallets for shipping........... We will store this wardrobe for the buyer without charge for 30 days (after it is PAID in FULL) if you need some time before you can pick it up or arrange shipping...........................
