I am selling coins from an estate collection over the next several months. There are just a few items listed now, but please contact me if you have any questions or specific items you are looking for. This listing is for (1) unopened sealed full stack roll of 20 Morgan Silver dollar coins. I want to emphasize that this is NOT a Carson City Mint roll. This is from a bank liquidation when the bank went under (Carson City State Bank) and all the remaining assets were put into a trust. Please see the pictures for yourself and judge the quality of the end coins. One end is showing a brilliant 1885 front and the other a Carson City CC back. There is no guarantee that there are any high end CC or other rare coins in this roll. Of other rolls that have been opened, the coins are typically common dates with an occasional better date. Do NOT expect to open this and get 1889 CC coins. That is NOT reality. However, of the rolls opened, the coins are typically in MS+ condition, with DMPL and PL coins very common. There have been several 66+ coins graded from these rolls, and many more 64 and 65 MS. This roll is rolled very tight, and appears to have never been tampered with. In my opinion the roll is probably more valuable unopened, but there is always a chance. Of the 25+ rolls that have been opened, there has been 1 1889 CC found, with most read more
