we have a ring that is nothing but beautiful! The ring is a genuine VINTAGE Victorian era setting. Not one of the many reproductions tha you are finding on ebay right now. The ring is a size 4-1/4 but due to band it CAN be easily resized by your local jeweler. The ring weighs 2.4 grams. And has some VERY VERY ornate filigree design work on all sides of the ring! I've seen alot of filigree work since I've been listing on ebay but the filigree and designs on this ring are VERY unique. The ring is a setting which means it needs a stone. You can place a diamond in it to make a engagement ring or whatever you want! It needs a stone that is 1/2 ct. The hallmarked are long since gone. But I had the ring tested by a professional jeweler and it is Platinum. NOT plated. I also had a antique jewelry dealer check it out and was told that the setting is 1860's maybe as late as 1880's. Please read before bidding!
I accept Paypal, Money Order and Personal Checks. ALL Money Orders and Checks MUST clear my account BEFORE they are shipped out. NO exceptions. If you send a E-Check then it too MUST clear Paypal BEFORE it is shipped. NO exceptions. I DO NOT accept checks or money orders from outside the US YOU MUST PAY WITH PAYPAL OUTSIDE THE US
Payment is DUE within 5 days of the end of auction. I will combine shipping but YOU must notify me that you are bidding or planning to bid on other items. I will only combine shipping up to ONE WEEK.
Please keep in mind that 90 items will not fit into one padded envelope without the weight changing. (sorry but law of physics applies)
I DO NOT make money off the shipping. Included in your shipping and handling prices is your Box, Padded envelope, bubble wrap, tape, packing material, etc. (Etc does include time and GAS.) I do also include a USPS delivery confirmation number. These are NOT free they cost .65 and are included in your shipping costs. Trust me I have tried every avenue that I could think of to find free packing material. (the post office, my job, my spouses job, certain people run when they see me now)
Please keep in mind that Delivery Confirmation numbers ARE NOT insurance. I charge only what the post office charges for insurance which is $1.65 for $50.00 of insurance. If you win a auction for $200.00 but only add $1.65 for insurance then your item will only be insured for $50.00. If you want the entire purchase insured please add the correct coverage.
I ship On Monday, Wednesdays and Fridays. I will ship on other days but these are my main three. Mainly due to my three year son who likes to grab women in the post office. ( No I didn't teach him to do that!)
I will not ship to Italy or Spain. I am sorry about the inconvience.
I do this part time and for extra income. I am not a professional. Which means I try to list items as honestly as possible but unfortunately I do not know everything. (that was painful to admit...)
Now the next part is not meant for all responsible people or my loyal shoppers. But to the um...more "interesting" people out t Please keep in mind that Estate, Antique, or Vintage jewelry is NOT new. One lady got upset because Petina was on her 100 year old Charm Bracelet. She wrote " It doesn't look shiney like the one at Wal-mart." Wal-Mart does not sell Estate jewelry. Another lady sent me a 14 line email wanting to know why her shipping cost so much. (I charged $3.50 to ship a brooch, with a tracking number.) Shipping costs are not up for debate. I do list the charges VERY clearly if you think it is too high please do not bid.
Please do not send rude emails. My grandfather taught me to try to be nice to everyone. I think he was a wise man. If you have any questions please email me and I will politely email you a response. Thank you for looking.
