Esterbrook J with smooth “general writing/firm medium" 2668 nib. The shiny “Dubonnet Red ” color is elegant, the imprint is ok, the end jewels excellent. The pen measures 5 inches closed, and 6.25 inches with the cap posted. It shows very minor signs sign of use.the nib cleaned ultrasonically. The pen guy disassembled the pen, inspected the sac and innards, and told me that sac replacement was not necessary. I then tested the pen and flushed it with water as a final test. It seems ready to go. The especially nice attribute of these Esterbrook pens is that the nibs can be changed to accommodate one's writing style.This is a nice example of a popular Esterbrook Pen. Shipping and/or insurance will be charged at cost. The following points of inspection may be of interest: ---This is a used pen.---There are no cracks on either the barrel or cap; the pen is shiny, but certainly has small scratches from use.---The clip is tight---The cap posts properly---The end jewels are intact---The lever works and the pen sucks up ink and expels ink---The ball on the end of the nib seems to be intact.
