These secret home movies are an intriguing look into the world of Eva Braun & Adolph Hitler. Eva began filming in 1936 when Hitler gave her a movie camera as a gift. She continued making home movies until her death in 1945. The reels were soon recovered by the allies at the end of WWII and now reside in the U.S. National Archives. At the Berghof (Hitler's mountain home in Southern Bavaria) you'll see many high-profile visitors including Nazi party members, dignitaries, friends, family and children. See Himmler, Heydrich, Speer, Goebbels, Bormann, Hoffmann, von Ribbentrop, Hitler's doctors, secretaries and many more! In addition to The Berghof, you'll see scenes from Kehlsteinhaus AKA "The Eagles Nest" In the end, Eva had exposed 8 full reels of 16mm film. Each of those original reels is on this un-cut 8-DVD set.
