Designed by Eva Zeisel , Town and Country was introduced in 1947 as a colorful and boldly modern dinnerware line produced by Red Wing Pottery. Although the original production run ended in 1956, in recent years it has become a popular line among dinnerware collectors and those who appreciate modern design. THIS HAS NO CHIPS OR BREACKAGE, IT IS IN EXCELLANT SHAPE IT MEASURES 15"LONG BY 9" WIDE 4" DEEP IT IS A PEACH COLOR SOME WEAR DO TO IT'S AGE IT IS STILL IN EXCELLANT CONDITION! Acquiring Town and Country can be difficult for the casual collector. In addition to being uncommon, the pieces have no markings, so collectors must rely on recognizing the distinctive biomorphic serving pieces.
