This is a page from JLA Annual (That's Justice League America) Volume 1 #8 illustrated by Evan Dorkin of Milk & Cheese fame. This was a back-up story in the issue which featured a group of villains called The O Squad. In case you never noticed, DC Super Villains from a certain era all had names which ended in O, name them it's a fun game to play. Anyway, on this page the O Squad has called in a lawyer to help them settle up on how to divide up the planet once they conquer it. The JLA, which can be seen in the top panel, has nothing to do because all of the super-villains are gathered together plotting instead of fighting. So they are deciding on take-out food. The page is not signed, but I can assure you it is the original page since I helped write the comic it came from. It also has a DC stamp on the back of it. It measures at 10x15, it is in very nice shape. I will try and upload better pictures.
