Evans black chased hard rubber crescent style filler. Correct smooth wet medium "Evans 14K" nib and feed. Nickle plating look to be intact on the metal clip and crescent. Clip marked "Pat 7-15-19 Evans Waterloo Iowa". Crescent is unmarked. Very nice busy chasing on the pen and cap with "Evans Waterloo IA US" imprinted over the chasing on the pen just above the section. Unusual white end on the cap is intact and nick and chip free (I feel this is a heavy enamel rather than an actual white piece of plastic material-this is the only Evans I have seen with this added feature). Chasing and color is great. There is a tiny exterior chip that does not go through on the cap lip otherwise the pen is in extraordinary condition for the age. The company would be bought out by Welty Pens of Chicago at about the time this pen was released. A nice example in a larger size of a popular lower priced hard rubber made in the midwest 100 years ago. There are no cracks or bite marks. Pen is sold as unrestored.US buyer to pay small box priority mail shipping and handling. I will combine multiple purchases whenever possible. International buyers please note.
