Up for auction is a mid 50's Evans Colson Sonic Scout Bicycle. This bike is all original except for rims/tires seat and pedals. It has the most unique springer fork I have ever seen, when it compresses t is a little wing/rocket on the front of the bike that moves in and out. It is hard to find out much about these bikes as t is very little info on the internet. The frame is solid and straight as is the rear rack. The tank is in very nice shape. The fenders are a little pinged up. The bike has surface rust all over but is solid. With the time and patience this bike could be restored to a very unique show piece. They were built in the USA in lower Michigan. Shipping will be fixed at $45.00 and it will be dis-assembled a little for shipping. I will take care in packaging to ensure bike arrives in one piece.
