The borders are both packed full of flowers. The path leads towards some trees in the distance About the Artist: Unfortunately this image is not signed. However, based on the style and similar works we have sold we believe it is by Evelyn Engleheart. He was a landscape and flower painter who travelled widely in the Middle East and India. He lived in Berkley Square, London. Exhibited: He exhibited at the Walker Gallery, the Royal Institute, the London Salon, and the Royal Society of Artists in Birmingham. We have also listed a companion work to this showing another herbaceous border. Who we are : We are enthusiastic collectors of art based in the Scottish Highlands. The works offered have been collected over the last 20 years and, in the main, are either Scottish or British paintings and etchings dating from the 19th and 20th centuries.
