EX POLICE QUIK - KUF / HAND CUFFS Supplied with 2 new keys Double locking mechanism to prevent overtightening The plastic grips were removed and cleaned and the cuffs themselves have been polished with a quality metal polish. All moving parts have been lubricated and checked for correct operation The serial number has been removed as the pictures show (regulations) This item is not damaged in any way (ie; no cracks or chips to the plastic grips) This item is in excellent condition given the type of environment they were used in. This item is part of a collection of ex police items that we will be selling off as we no longer have the room for them.
