BEAUTIFUL EXBOR PAVEL HLAVA BOHEMIAN CZECH EXBOR PAVEL HLAVA ART GLASS VASE. A real work of art designed by Pavel Hlava of Exbor.This stunning vase measures 8 2/5 inches in height by 3 2/5 inches in diameter and features a high-quality clear glass overlaying a BRILLIANT EMERALD GREEN colored outer with a SMOKY BROWN CORE.This cut and faceted vase is signed with the acid-etched Exbor mark and is in Excellent condition. Bohemian Glass Has Become the Art of Today................ At the end of the 1960s, the first line for float glass, Float, was installed for production in Retenice, and in the Novy Bor Company Crystalex, the first automatic line for drinking glass (LINKUZ) was introduced. More assembly lines were gradually put in operation in Novy Bor, Svetla nad Sazavou and Libochovice, as well as in Lednicke Rovne and in Poltar in Slovakia. Both experienced and novice creators from Novy Bor, Harrachov, Chribska, Chlum near Trebon, Karlovy Vary, Karolinka, Kvetna and Vrbno pod Pradedem, Zelezny Brod, from the glassworks of Artistic Craftsmanship in Skrdlovice, as well as others influenced the handmade creation of table and drinking glass, as well as decorative glass.
