Description
This fine antique Chinese export porcelain saucer is a typical example of the wares produced in China during the reign of the Chinese emperor Kangxi (1662-1722). It is decorated with a large rock and flower group which is surrounded by a variety of insects, including a nicely painted butterfly. The reverse is decorated with two flower branches and is marked with an incense burner within two concentric circles. Diameter of the saucer is about 4 inches (10.4 cm).

Kangxi, ca. 1700. Guaranteed over 250 years old.
Condition
Good, with a 2-inch star-shaped fracture in the base.
