It is a Testrite Cinelarger and it comes in it's original box and includes the original instruction manual. I'm not sure of it's age? The black case looks like bakelite but I'm not sure. According to the instructions, this would be used to duplicate images from slides and 35mm film using 620 roll film. I am selling this as a collectable but it appears to be in working condition. Testrite is a respected USA company that is probably best known for their copy stands. The instruction actually show how you would set this up on a Testrite stand to illuminate the business end of the camera.
