This is a really lovely vintage Toodles doll by the American Character Doll Company. She is in excellent condition and doesn't appear to have been played with much, if at all. She measures approx. 23 or 24 inches. Her makeup is in very good condition and is all there. Her eyes open and close as they should and all eyelashes are present. Her crier works, but sporadically. Sometimes it sounds like it is rattling around. Her skin is nice and pink with no discoloration that I can see. Her dress is in very good shape but may be slightly faded or dusty. Her hair is flattened out in the back of her head. I am not sure if her shoes are original. They seem to be slightly too small and have some discoloration. She comes in her original box that has some writing on it and is faded and has some tape and torn spots in the graphics. Overall though she is excellent and one for the serious collector to consider.Please feel free to email me if you would like more information or additional photos.
